		<description><![CDATA[There are kiosks in malls and tourist places where you can pose for a sketch-type picture.  I have had a lot of success using these public places.  That was my expectation when I tried Photo-to-Sketch Std. 4.0.  I was very disappointed that the output didn\'t come close to the quality of the print from a kiosk.  However, the program allows a lot of tweaking and the result is an interesting rendering of the original JPG picture.  So I adjusted my thinking and expectations.  I look at Photo-to-Sketch now as a special effects program.  The output is \"different\" than the commercial output, but is none-the-less interesting on its own right.]]></description>
